Cancellation Policy for Lockers in Village Hall

Sugar Bowl Academy must make financial commitments in advance in order to prepare for and execute programs. Accordingly, the following cancellation policies apply to all lockers at Village Hall.

1. There is no refund for self-cancellation.

2. Sugar Bowl Academy reserves the right to suspend, dismiss, or discipline participants for a violation of Sugar Bowl Academy policies, philosophies, rules, standards, and/or community expectations. There is no refund for a cancellation resulting from any such violation.

3. External parties, including but not limited to Sugar Bowl Resort, may suspend, dismiss, or discipline participants. There is no refund for a cancellation resulting from any such suspension, dismissal, or discipline.
