Dear Sugar Bowl Academy Community,

This week was a quiet one at Sugar Bowl, with our students on the road. Amid the quiet, we received our first snowfall of the season. Though this snow is already melting away, it increased our excitement and anticipation for the winter ahead. We are hard at work preparing for winter, and if conditions allow, we plan to have all our athletes on snow starting Saturday, November 29. The momentum continues, and we are eager to see all our teams back on the mountain! We hope to see everyone at our Team Orientation on November 8, just three weeks away. You can find all the key dates and details on our team calendar. Students, we will see you back at school on Monday, October 27, remember to have all your independent study work completed. Families of students, we look forward to welcoming you to Sugar Bowl for Family Day, also on Monday, October 27. Everyone in our magical community, make sure your calendars are marked for Sunday, February 15, 2026. That day we host the U10 North Series Slalom race at Sugar Bowl, followed by the Academy Soiree, our main fundraiser and a celebration of grit, grace, and courage! Looking forward to seeing everyone soon.
