Season Recap
It has been an incredible year for Sugar Bowl Academy! Thank you to all our athletes, coaches, teachers, staff, and families for the grit, grace, and courage you displayed all season. Our competitive results were impressive across all age groups and disciplines with numerous podiums and personal bests for our athletes. Our senior class was accepted to a wide variety of elite colleges, and we are excited to watch them as they take the next step in their journey. Most importantly, our athletes had many opportunities to strengthen their character this year. Every time they trained in the rain, in the cold, and in the midst of winter storms, they learned they can do hard, uncomfortable things and still enjoy the experience. Every time they missed a gate, didn’t land a trick, or fell short of the podium, it reinforced the resiliency of our athletes and our community.
Class of 2025
Our Class of 2025 has been impressive, with over $1 million in scholarships awarded to our 13 graduating student-athletes. Four of our seniors will take a PG year to continue to focus on their skiing career. The remaining nine are headed to college at a variety of schools, including Boston College, UCLA, UC Berkeley, Colby College, and Northeastern University. The determination and commitment shown by this graduating class has been remarkable to watch, and we wish them all the best in their next chapter!
